Paula's Contoured Thighs

"Firstly, upon making enquiries I was anxious and nervous, but on speaking to Sue both on phone and in person I was immediately put at ease and felt very comfortable talking the whole thing through. Also, I was advised to go away and seriously think about it all. No pressure put on me whatsoever to go ahead with the procedure. This was what spurred me on to make the decision to go ahead with this clinic.

Prior to the appointment I was contacted several times to check if I received all the pre-procedures details, and was I okay with everything, any questions etc. On arrival at the clinic for the procedure I found all at reception the staff very friendly and professional. Naturally, I was a bit anxious but I was met immediately by the Nurse "Niamh" and was promptly put at ease and brought down to meet the consultant/Dr P (Polish) - I cannot pronounce or spell his name. Again both himself and Niamh were extremely friendly and courteous and I felt relaxed and comfortable with them immediately.

I was asked a variety of questions and the steps of the whole procedure were explained to me from beginning to end. I was given various documentation to read and if I agreed with it to sign it. Following this photos of my bottom, thighs and legs were taken (this is the only part I absolutely hated). Then I was then given some medication and brought to the procedure room.

Prior to the process, everything was explained to me again in detail, I was shown the equipment and how it would be used etc. Throughout the whole process I was talked to by both the Dr and Niamh, they both ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. I found the whole process was painless, although on one occasion I felt "slight discomfort" but when I raised my hand the Dr stopped immediately and when everything was okay moved on with process. Following the procedure the nurse assisted me in getting on the support garment and helped me dress etc.

I found the whole experience comfortable, relaxed and painless with the utmost professional yet friendly staff. I was really surprised and really pleased. Everything that was outlined on the post operative procedure details were 100% correct, down to how I would feel, how long recovery was etc. Following the procedure I was contacted on several occasions as a follow up by Nurse Niamh and I found this very comforting and reassuring as well as professional.

My expections were met 100%. For years I hated the lower half of my shape in trousers, now I only wish I had done this sooner. The contour of my lower body has improved say 80%, my confidence has improved 100% in wearing trousers, jeans etc. Previously I was always either squeezing into a large 12 or size 14 trousers I now "slip" into any size 12 trousers - I have tried on 100's of jeans and trousers just to give myself a thrill. Last week I purchased a gorgeous pair of Levi's "ladies cut" slimfit, bootleg size 12 jeans and I cannot describe how good I felt when wearing them. The only person who knows I have had this done is my husband and daughter, however loads of folk have commented on how "fit" I look - "all that walking really shows on you" etc. So I just smile and say thank you.

To Dundrum Cosmetic and all the staff I say thank you - it was worth every penny to feel as confident and good as I do today - 6 weeks after the procedure."
